Hey you, I’m Kaia.
I’m a certified Holistic and Solution-Focused Coach. I have 10+ years experience in IT and Finance, Communications and Marketing.
Today I coach women, lead beauty rituals, women circles, Mother Blessing Ceremonies, organise conscious events and workshops on mental health practices.
I provide the support you need for real change to take place in your life. All the answers you are looking for are already inside you. I’m here to help you find them.
WHY DO I COACH?
Simply, it grew out my own desire to be a better human.
I was burnt out by the time I was 30. The love of my life was still what it felt like light years away. My dream for my own business had never happened. My bank account looked decent, but my mental and physical health were crashing. I started asking questions like "There has to be more to life?". My love, there is.
I WANT TO HELP YOU BE AND EXPERIENCE MORE IN YOUR LIFE.
For 10 years I used to climb the corporate ladder, work long hours in IT and banking. After another burnout I was done: I quit my job, sold my car, rented out my apartment, gave my cat away, fit my life into 2 bags and bought a one-way-ticket to Bali. Life took me to different continents from the United States to Australia and Asia to finally learn my home was always inside me. My own version of EAT PRAY LOVE.
WHEN I FINALLY MET THE WOMAN INSIDE ME I DIDN'T NEED TO LOOK FURTHER.
I realised I didn't need the world to validate me, others to accept me, for love to finally find me. I needed my own love and acceptance first to magnetise what I truly wanted - like love of my life, dream job, my own company, great health and life I enjoy. I needed to know what I truly want out of this life, what is important to ME and WHY? Spoiler alert - the answers didn’t lay somewhere outside.
After my 1.5 years of travelling I worked at Mindvalley, studied Holistic Regression Therapy, got certified in Solution Focused Coaching and worked with a powerful coach. Within months I was able to attract my dream relationship and launch my own business. I was in awe of the turn my life had taken.
